Some issues in life may be too personal or uncomfortable to discuss with those surrounding you. Sometimes it may feel as if others around you just don’t understand what you are going through.

Other times you may feel like there is something wrong with you. They always say, “Don’t judge a book by its cover” and yet we tend to be our own worst critics.

Every situation is different and so is every person. As a professional, I practice creating a safe space where my clients feel empowered, respected, and heard. I will help you find your strengths and resources and work with you to discover solutions for each issue.

Individual Therapy may be useful but not limited to the following issues: increased levels of anxiety and stress, extreme pressure, disagreements with your partner, being a single parent, dealing with depression, feeling lost, building your self-esteem, career development,, suffering from the loss of a loved one, or living through past or present trauma such as abuse, neglect, or abandonment.
